Music in The Park continues on Sunday afternoons in August at Bandon’s City Park. This is a free event open to the public sponsored by the Greater Bandon Association and the City of Bandon Parks and Recreation Commission. The Oregon Coast Lab Band is featured at the next Music In The Park on Sunday, August 7^th from 1 to 4 PM.

The Lab Band program was founded in 1992 to preserve jazz and is available to young musicians aged 10-21 on the south coast. Several of their bands will be playing at Music In The Park including their premier jazz group, Evolution.
