The Greater Bandon Association’s organization activities aim at getting everyone in the community working on the same goal. It works at building consensus and cooperation among the individuals and groups that have an important stake in Bandon’s revitalization.

In 2013, the Greater Bandon Association began hosting a community forum series “Coordinate, Cooperate and Collaborate”, for example. The series is intended to inform and involve all stakeholders from throughout the area in community dialogues on issues, planned and on-going projects and the creation of community wide visions. The Association believes the best way to realize positive social, economic and environmental outcomes is to engage all Bandon citizens and groups in community vitality efforts.
