Lots of holiday festivities in Old Town Bandon are lined up for Saturday, December 12th!
The Nog Walk and Cider Stroll return and will run from 3:30 pm to 7 pm, with commemorative Shop Bandon glasses for the walk available for purchase at the Visitors Center (300 Second Street SE, Bandon, OR 97411). Old Town businesses will be open, hosting sales and specials, serving treats, and pouring wine, cider, and eggnog. A scavenger hunt organized by Beach Loop Realty will also be running alongside the Nog Walk and Cider Stroll. Find treasures hidden in different Old Town shops and return them to the Visitors Center for prizes!
Delicious gingerbread creations from the 12th Annual Gingerbread Contest will be on display in the McNair Building so swing by and check out what’s been cooked up.
Bandon’s Inaugural Lighted Parade is coming to Old Town! The parade starts at 5:30 pm in front of the Arcade Tavern on the corner of Alabama Avenue and First Street. The parade will turn onto Second Street, turn left at the McNair Building, and end at First Street. Grab a spot on Second Street to watch the parade or light up yourself, your bike, your car, anything to participate. To participate, show up at the gravel parking lot across from the farmers market at 4:30 pm. Registering is helpful, but not required to participate.
